She has built her own business focused on providing remote oversight as both a collaborating physician and medical director, ensuring it is effective, personal, and compliant with each state’s unique laws and regulations. Dr. April consistently seeks guidance from trusted nationwide insurance, legal, and financial institutions to ensure she provides the best and most up-to-date oversight not only to her clients but also to other physicians and providers who wish to utilize her services. She has received extensive training to confidently support and guide all of her clients.
Stacey Larson
Director of Onboarding and Collaboration Management
Stacey lives in Gloucester Point, Virginia, where she homeschools her two children. She enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening, family game nights, and discovering healthy, practical recipes that fit into a busy family life. Her thoughtful, steady approach carries over into how she supports providers and collaborative teams.
As part of the collaboration support team, Stacey assists providers and organizations in guiding them through a thorough onboarding process designed to meet applicable board and regulatory requirements while fostering strong, productive working relationships. She plays a key role in coordinating documentation, timelines, and communication to ensure a smooth, organized, and compliant onboarding process.

As Director of Vetting Services and MSO Management, Amy serves as the primary point of contact for prospective collaborations, consulting engagements, and licensing support. She welcomes inquiries, gathers essential information, and answers questions to ensure clarity, alignment, and preparedness before meetings with Dr. April.

Darrah feels deeply blessed to be living in her home state of Hawai‘i, where she and her husband are raising and homeschooling their five beautiful children. This grounding in family, community, and purpose shapes her leadership style, one rooted in integrity, stewardship, and long-term impact.
As Director of Operations & Business Development, Darrah brings this perspective to supporting collaborative physician service organizations by building sustainable operational systems, strengthening compliant physician partnerships, and guiding thoughtful, responsible growth. Her work centers on translating vision into execution, ensuring that strong infrastructure, clear governance boundaries, and regulatory integrity support expansion.

Joanna was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i, and currently resides on the east side of ‘Oahu with her husband and three children. She has loved homeschooling her children for the past fifteen years and staying involved in their activities. Her care for and dedication to the people around her drives her to do all she can to support them in their endeavors. She holds the same outlook when it comes to Dr. April and her clients and collaborators. Everyone matters and every detail is important.
As Licensing and Administrative Coordinator, Joanna provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and compliance support and plays a critical role in maintaining audit readiness,
protecting licensure status for Dr. April, and supporting smooth day-to-day administrative workflows.
