Joanna was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i, and currently resides on the east side of ‘Oahu with her husband and three children. She has loved homeschooling her children for the past fifteen years and staying involved in their activities. Her care for and dedication to the people around her drives her to do all she can to support them in their endeavors. She holds the same outlook when it comes to Dr. April and her clients and collaborators. Everyone matters and every detail is important.
As Licensing and Administrative Coordinator, Joanna provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and compliance support and plays a critical role in maintaining audit readiness,
protecting licensure status for Dr. April, and supporting smooth day-to-day administrative workflows.
Joanna’s value of accuracy and reliability plays into her responsibility for managing professional licensing and credentialing requirements, maintaining organized documentation systems, and tracking renewals and compliance deadlines. She seeks to ensure that there is a solid backbone for all of Dr. April’s collaborations.
